Facing COVID-19’s Challenges

Aside from the scarcity in proper medical equipment and home necessities, the COVID-19 pandemic has created a negative impact on economic development. Due to travel restrictions that resulted in empty offices, businesses and companies are struggling. Especially for the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industries, without appropriate amenities to let staff work from home, there’s conflict in fulfilling duties. Being significant sources of foreign exchange and employing over a million workers, BPO industries have been considered essential in the economy. Thus, the government permitted them to continue operating under certain restrictions. Despite the pressing challenges, XMC persists to operate and provide the needs of our clients. To ensure our goals and work efficiency, we prioritized our employees’ safety. Of course, our company offered employees an option to work at home. Those who chose to remain working at our offices were given accommodation and shuttle services to minimize traveling inconvenience. Considering the financial burden brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, we also provided our workers allowances. XMC promises to continue performing with quality and perseverance, no matter the difficulties experienced due to flawed internet connection, and adaptation to new working environments. Surge of demands are to be expected right after the COVID-19 pandemic has been solved. Nevertheless, our company guarantees a double in effort. In light of this, XMC are also considering plans of creating a more digitalized and automated form of service to offer greater convenience for our clients. Truly, the COVID-19 pandemic has been an unfortunate event that left multiple sectors anxious of their future condition. The outcome of this adversity is unpredictable, however, XMC commits to a speedy restoration of service delivery, increased work performance, and maintained customer satisfaction.
